Is the gentleman in the straw hat Herbert Nigel (later Sir Nigel) Gresley??

The photo was taken on in 1924 or 1925 probably on the day the little petrol tractor was delivered to the Rye and Camber. The others in the photo are Colonel Stephens and George Wratten , the tractor's regular driver.
